Sayings of the Blessed Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)

Today is Jumah mubarak and how can a Jumah start without remembering the blessed Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)- in fact any day without the remembrance of the blessed Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is a day wasted.

So, here in remembrance of the beloved blessed Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)- I present a few of his (Peace be upon him)'s sayings-


1. I was delegated as a prophet to perfect moral virtues.
2. Good character is half of faith.
3. ALLAH is Merciful to those who show mercy to others
4. Power consists not in being able to strike one another, but in being able to control oneself when anger arises.
5. Honor your children and thus improve their manners
6. The 3 best things are: To be humble amidst the vicissitudes of fortune;
To pardon when powerful;
and To be generous with no strings attached.
7. Whoever does not express his gratitude to people will never be grateful to ALLAH
8. The best people are those who are most useful to others
9. Living among others is a cause for blessing, while seclusion is the cause of torment
10. Happy is the person who finds fault with himself instead of finding fault with others
11. From morning until night and from night until morning keep your heart free from malice towards anyone.
12. A perfect muslim is one from whose tongue and hands mankind is safe
13. Islam is purity of speech and hospitality
14. Every religion has a distinctive virtue and the distinctive virtue of Islam is modesty.
15. Greet those whom you know and those whom you don't know
16. When asked what was most excellent in a human being, he (Peace be upon him) answered- "A friendly disposition"
